Initial findings:
Well packed; in a small box with foam peanuts, the unit itself was in a pc memory type bag and the cables, tape, cleaning pad and instructions in a zip lock bag.
Easy instructions, had it on the back of the head unit in about 5 minutes and plugged in and working in about 10 minutes.
I started it up as if I was in the car, the GPS locked on to the satellites within a minute which I was very surprised about as this is all indoors at the moment!
I checked the position on the head unit and it showed correctly, then sent a beacon.
I checked my beacon on findu as KG4ZLB-9 (my mobile call) and it was there.
Very impressive so far, I will take it out for a drive soon and see how it goes then!
