Shipping Policy Green Light Labs, LLC ("GLL") ships packages via UPS and USPS. All packages are sent with tracking numbers and are insured for the total sale amount. Orders will be processed several times per week, but usually within 24-48 hours.
Return Policy
GLL values its relationship with you, and complete satisfaction is our goal. GLL offers you the option to return products you purchase directly from GLL. You may return eligible products for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, as set forth in detail below.
30-Day Return Period
All amateur radio accessories may be returned within thirty (30) days from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling. The product must be in the same condition as it was when received, excluding any disposable materials used for installation.
How to return a product
All items sent to GLL must have a valid RMA number before they will be processed. Please contact GLL via email (service@greenlightlabs.com) to receive your RMA number. Please include your full name, phone number, email address, invoice number, and a description of why the product needs to be returned. GLL reserves the right to reject any package if the RMA number is not clearly visible on the package when received. You must insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
Upon receipt of your return and verification of the product condition, GLL will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling.
